General Terms and Conditions

Payment can be made in cash or by card (PostCard/AMEX not accepted) on-site – either before or after the ride. If preferred, payment can also be made in advance via bank transfer. In case of short-notice cancellations, we reserve the right to charge the full amount, as time and resources are already invested in preparation. If you are unable to attend due to illness, we can provide a confirmation of your booking upon request, which may be submitted to your health insurance provider.

If a ride/trekking session is ended prematurely by a guest, there is no right to a refund of the remaining amount. We reserve the right to make program changes, such as in case of weather changes. If any important required information provided is found to be false, we reserve the right to cancel the ride on safety grounds without a refund.

Long pants and sturdy, closed shoes, preferably hiking boots, are essential.
We ride in all weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast independently and cancel within the cancellation period if you find the weather unsuitable for a ride.
In the event of sudden illness or accident outside the cancellation period, we will provide a confirmation of the ride, allowing you to claim reimbursement from your insurance.

Bringing Dogs

Bringing dogs on our rides is generally not permitted. In exceptional cases, this may be allowed following prior individual agreement. Please contact us in advance.

Insurance

Accidents are not covered by us. Please check your accident insurance to ensure that horse riding accidents or accidents involving horses are included. We do not accept liability for guests’ personal equipment. Helmets are mandatory; if a guest decides not to wear one, they must sign a separate waiver on-site.
